Evening Extras
In response to London-based participants we started a version of the Diploma in 2009. This has now changed to short evening sessions which stand alone and do not lead to the production of solo work which the Diploma does. Occasionally, Yorkshire students come down to perform in London at the newly created Robin Emery Studio Theatre. There is a full programme of classes varying from the popular Puppet-Playtimes, and Puppetry for Teachers.
The aim of the London Courses is to provide a practical outreach for researchers and professional practitioners in the arts, education and therapies. The classes are based in Highbury, North London. We have some excellent facilities and excellent tutors who have come out of the well- researched methods of teaching puppetry, typical of the LSP.
